The Production Coordinator’s main role is to provide assistance with the management of production for the Asset team. You will work with producers and artists to ensure items are tracked and delivered according to established targets and milestones. This position coordinates our cross-functional production teams and requires effective project management skills. We look for clear communicators that demonstrate a high level organization and possesses a very proactive / positive attitude.
Key Qualifications:
- You have at least 10+ years of experience in a producer position at an agency, commercial production company, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability.
- Excellent ability to handle and organize high volumes of information
- Works well in a collaborative team environment and adhere to larger team strategies
- Fast learner with the ability to memorize terminology and processes
- Ability to liaise and collaborate with managers, artists and producers
- Understanding of visual effects processes
- Strong knowledge of MS Office package (including word, excel)
- Strong knowledge of Quip or similar productivity software
Description:
- Assist the Producers in scheduling, prioritizing and tracking internal technical assignments and project details.
- Collaborate with Producers to organize dailies, rounds and project meetings.
- Organize and setup media for internal review sessions.
- Inventory multiple areas of production
- Ensure F-Track (project management tool) statuses and task assignments are kept up to date.
- Ensure Jira Tickets are properly organized
- Ensuring effective communication and continual team updates.
- Collaborate with the producers to ensure work is being approved and completed on time and to specification
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree or meaningful experience is required.
