Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Producer to join the Marcom LA team that can manage high volume static & motion digital production and localization.
In this role you are responsible to ensure all launch dates are hit by laying out production timelines in order to highlight key project deadlines and achievements, including all stakeholder reviews. You will also be responsible in running projects from start to finish, keeping them on time and within budget, at the highest creative standard.
Key Qualifications
- 5-7 years agency experience as a digital producer, ideally with experience producing quick-turn digital and social assets.
- Experience producing digital static and motion assets and working directly with designers and producer peers.
- Deep understanding of digital media, performance marketing, and social best practices. Know how to break down a media buy and build it into a tracker for production.
- Experience with production at scale; can simultaneously manage workflows for different geos and placements.
- Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable taking ownership of several projects simultaneously, often with various deadlines and stakeholders.
- Experience with localization process and best practices.
- Comfortable with staying on top of creative scope changes and adjusting schedules accordingly.
- Strong understanding of the creative process for various marketing assets.
- Able to manage and balance daily tasks for others while staying on top of shifting timelines.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of producers, marketing managers and creatives.
- Able to anticipate change and react efficiently; comfortable with ambiguity and with asking questions when something is unclear.
- Able to handle multiple tasks for multiple individuals.
- Discretion in handling confidential materials and issues.
- Excels under pressure, maintaining a calm demeanor.
