Creative Coordinator
Marcom is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group. We lead all of Apple’s advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.
The Creative Coordination team at Marcom strategically partners and supports Marcom’s Creative teams in achieving to make Apple the most creatively inspiring brand in the world. We create and manage workflow systems and processes, across the creative org, to ensure work seamlessly moves through the various stages of the review process. Our deep knowledge and understanding of this work ensures all milestones are met. We partner with our Creative leaders to identify a strategic point of view on how creative teams, and their work, are lead.
As a Creative Coordinator you will be an integral part of our creative team, you will play a key role in partnering with the Creative Leaders. You will manage and execute a creative share process while maintaining effective team communication. You will assist in identifying potential issues and finding efficiencies in the creative share process. You will also contribute to the development of creative initiatives.
Key qualifications
- You have at least 7 to 10 years of experience partnering with creatives and/or creative teams.
- You will implement a creative share process on your creative team ensuring the efficient management of creative work.
- You have strong problem-solving and inter-personal skills and have a the ability to navigate complex dynamics within the team.
- Exceptional ability to partner with others; strong communication and diplomatic skills.
- Working in tandem with Creative Coordination team you will implement creative initiatives to ensure creative teams are inspired and empowered to make their best work.
- You provide inspiration, solutions and execution logistics for creative development.
- You are familiar with Apple applications including Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar.
Description
- Implement and execute the creative share process for your respective creative function.
- Coordinate the workflow across various cross-functional teams.
- Communicate and drive creatives schedules with partners from project approval, through strategic development, creative development, production and to completion.
- Make the right prioritization decisions and recommendations. Work cross-functionally to track the context of each review, meeting and request understanding the unique perspective of each team requesting creative time.
- Act as an internal communications expert. Lead the set up, facilitation and chairing of weekly staff meetings, owning agendas and tracking action items. Cascade important company and department information and track important information that should be shared up and out.
- Work in tandem with the Creative Coordination team to ideate on and implement Creative Initiatives that aim to inspire and empower the creative teams.
